Tavsif

  • Architect and develop asset-agnostic money-movement systems spanning regions, currencies, and financial partners
  • Create production workflows for fiat and stablecoin transactions
  • Build and operate scalable systems that move and reconcile funds across jurisdictions, channels, and asset types
  • Embed observability throughout the technology stack
  • Lead incident response and deliver lasting reliability improvements
  • Monitor fintech, technology, and compliance developments to guide system evolution
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, customer success, and finance teams
  • Take ownership of business-critical Treasury systems in production

Talablar

  • At least six years of software engineering experience, including ownership and operation of business-critical systems
  • Strong problem-solving ability with careful attention to correctness, edge cases, and failure modes
  • Professional experience developing backend APIs, services, and infrastructure
  • Hands-on experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL
  • Working knowledge of transactions, data integrity, and performance tradeoffs
  • Experience with ORMs such as TypeORM or comparable technologies
  • Ability to combine technical depth with product understanding when making engineering tradeoffs
  • High standards for code quality, reliability, and constructive peer review
  • Clear communication and respectful collaboration skills
  • Ability to learn unfamiliar domains, work across the stack, and adapt in fast-moving environments
  • Familiarity with TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, and AWS, or strong transferable engineering fundamentals
  • Preferred: experience in financial domains such as payments, disbursements, custody, or cards
  • Preferred: experience designing stateless, scalable, resilient systems using asynchronous workflows, distributed services, and cloud infrastructure
  • Preferred: proficiency with AI development tools
  • Preferred: full-stack experience spanning backend, frontend, infrastructure, and data, ideally in high-growth teams
  • Preferred: experience working in high-growth teams
