Talablar
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in software, computer science, mechanical engineering, or a related engineering field.
- At least 20 years of software industry experience, including management of framework and graphics teams.
- Demonstrated leadership and a track record of developing teams.
- Strong technical expertise in C++, C#, .NET, Python, Windows, and Linux.
- Strong programming skills in C++, C#, and Python, with software architecture experience.
- Experience designing user interface and application frameworks, APIs, and plug-in architectures.
- Experience with 2D and 3D graphics visualization.
- Experience profiling performance and handling memory management and multithreading.
- Experience developing cross-platform software and maintaining backward compatibility.
- Experience with automated testing, debugging, CI/CD, and code quality practices.
- Ability to translate requirements and estimate effort.
- Experience coordinating framework, graphics, geometry, UX, QA, and product teams.
- Experience managing technical debt, risks, dependencies, and release readiness.
- Avalonia, Gigasoft, or SciChart experience is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar.
