Tavsif
- Set supply strategy, monitor KPIs and supplier network health, and report to the C-suite.
- Increase supplier bookings and earnings per supplier by managing a curated network.
- Expand regional supplier coverage to serve private events and stadiums beyond London and the South East.
- Develop flagship and exclusive supplier partnerships and creative concepts for major festivals.
- Manage key supplier accounts to strengthen retention and growth.
- Promote AI-led workflows for supplier onboarding, vetting and compliance.
- Manage supply-side risks, including supplier no-shows, churn and quality issues.
- Lead and develop the supply team.
Talablar
- Senior leadership experience in supply, partnerships or commercial roles, ideally in food and beverage, hospitality, events or a marketplace business.
- A strong food and beverage network, with a keen eye for quality and creative concepts.
- Demonstrated success winning and retaining top-tier accounts.
- Ability to lead calmly and stay organised during rapid growth.
