Tavsif

  • Lead the design of modular, scalable, highly available backend services
  • Balance reliability, security, performance, and cost across engineering decisions
  • Write and review .NET/C# code while establishing technical standards
  • Mentor engineers throughout system design and implementation
  • Architect and operate distributed AWS systems with Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes/ECS
  • Own relational and NoSQL data architecture
  • Lead testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and defect resolution efforts
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 3–6 engineers
  • Design and operate services that power interactions with the VIZIO OS platform

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related field plus 5 years of software engineering or related experience, or 7 years of such experience
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Expertise in .NET and C#
  • Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and performance-tune production code
  • Experience building and supporting reliable, continuously available backend services
  • Strong knowledge of scalable distributed systems and object-oriented design
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Terraform or other infrastructure as code, Docker, and Kubernetes or ECS
  • Experience with relational databases including Postgres and MySQL, plus NoSQL technologies such as MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis, and Elasticsearch
  • Working knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and cloud cost optimization
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor engineers while remaining technically hands-on
