- Lead a cross-product SRE team responsible for AWS GovCloud environments supporting BeyondTrust products pursuing FedRAMP authorization
- Manage reliability, change control, continuous compliance, and shared operations across covered environments
- Build and operate AWS GovCloud landing zones with multi-account architecture, SCPs, guardrails, logging, and security tooling
- Manage the automated FedRAMP 20x evidence pipeline and monthly continuous-monitoring requirements
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines, artifact management, security and quality gates, and cloud-cost visibility
- Enforce auditable production-change controls that separate development and production responsibilities
- Own release, patching, update, incident-management, on-call, and post-incident processes
- Automate promotion workflows from development through staging and into production
- Manage intake and prioritization of operational requests from feature teams and leadership
- Lead DevOps, SRE, and security automation engineers while establishing accountability, delivery cadence, planning cycles, and team-health reporting
- Collaborate with the VP of Application Engineering on workforce planning, hiring, role definition, and onboarding

- Bring staff-level technical expertise and review Terraform, pipeline definitions, and architecture proposals with rigor
- Have hands-on experience building and operating reliability and compliance systems
- Have managed people, including hiring, developing, and leading a small SRE or DevOps team
- Have experience with AWS GovCloud and FedRAMP authorization or compliance
- Understand FedRAMP 20x Key Security Indicators and the standard schema
- Have worked with multi-account AWS landing zones, SCPs, guardrails, logging, and security tools
- Have experience provisioning infrastructure through infrastructure-as-code
- Have owned CI/CD pipelines, build signing, artifact management, and quality and security gates
- Understand production-change governance, access controls, approval standards, and separation of duties
- Have managed cloud fleet releases and updates, including staged rollouts, golden images, and upgrade orchestration at hundreds-to-thousands scale
- Have experience with incident management, on-call models, and post-incident reviews
- Have led DevOps, SRE, and security automation engineers
- Can manage intake, prioritization, team capacity, workforce planning, hiring, role design, and onboarding
