Tavsif

  • Create and deliver event strategy across VAST Data’s trade shows, conferences, and Forward portfolio
  • Manage the full event lifecycle, from planning and budgets to content, speakers, sponsorships, vendors, production, logistics, registration, onsite delivery, and follow-up
  • Help plan and deliver Forward, VAST Data’s flagship user conference
  • Define Forward’s attendee experience, including its agenda, content, speakers, customer engagement, networking, and journey
  • Improve trade show results through calendar planning, sponsorships, booth programs, event experiences, and sales engagement
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, product, customer advocacy, demand generation, PR, executive leadership, and other teams
  • Oversee agencies, venues, production and audiovisual teams, fabrication partners, registration providers, and other suppliers
  • Set and track event plans, budgets, schedules, and success measures
  • Apply post-event analysis and stakeholder feedback to strengthen programs and expand effective initiatives
  • Create repeatable event processes that improve efficiency and consistency while raising experience quality
  • Advance Forward’s event methodology, processes, and operating framework
  • Develop cross-functional relationships and act as a strategic partner on events
  • Run pre-event and post-event reviews and turn lessons learned into practical improvements
  • Combine strategic direction with hands-on delivery while managing shifting priorities and demanding deadlines

Talablar

  • At least 10 years of event marketing or corporate event management experience, including substantial work with trade shows, conferences, and complex proprietary events
  • Track record of managing large, multi-day events involving numerous internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong background in trade show programs, sponsorships, booth initiatives, vendors, and onsite operations
  • Experience delivering user conferences, customer events, executive programs, or comparable flagship corporate events
  • Demonstrated ability to oversee varied event partners, including production, audiovisual, venues, agencies, fabrication, registration, and other suppliers
  • Excellent project management and organizational capabilities, with close attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to oversee several complex projects at once while meeting deadlines, budgets, and business goals
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams and organizational levels
  • Practical, creative problem-solving approach and the flexibility to adapt in a fast-moving environment
  • Self-directed working style and comfort operating independently while aligning remote, distributed teams
  • Strong business judgment and ability to link event planning and execution to measurable results
  • Experience in a high-growth technology company is preferred
  • Able to travel up to 40%, including occasional international travel
