Talablar
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline
- At least 8 years of experience building and operating high-volume, highly resilient Tier 1 cloud services and systems
- Proficiency in Go, Java, or comparable technologies
- Ability to develop elegant, straightforward solutions to complex challenges
- Ability to work quickly through ambiguity and lead collaboration across teams
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly in writing and speech
- Experience guiding technical decisions across teams and stakeholder groups
- Strong ownership of the systems and products you build
- Commitment to growing teams through code reviews, design reviews, and mentorship
- Demonstrated use of AI technologies to support decisions, simplify workflows and processes, increase efficiency, and achieve business results
