Tavsif

  • Create and execute data-led strategies for product assortment, pricing, and promotional performance
  • Analyze category KPIs, investigate variances, and perform root-cause analysis
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leaders
  • Manage analytics initiatives involving models and integration of new data sources
  • Partner with merchandising, sales, and other cross-functional teams
  • Follow industry developments, emerging technologies, and leading practices in analytics and category management
  • Maintain productive relationships with suppliers, customers, and industry associations

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or four additional years of relevant experience in place of a degree
  • At least five years of relevant experience
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent organization and time management, with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, plus other relevant software
  • Customer-focused approach and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • In-depth knowledge of the foodservice industry, market conditions, and competitive environment
  • Ability and willingness to travel 25% to 50%
