Tavsif

  • Build and run the Market Intelligence function, aligning its work and routines with Strategic Planning priorities.
  • Design and conduct market and business studies, developing research questions, hypotheses, and methods.
  • Gather and analyze internal and external information, checking source reliability, data consistency, and indicator comparability.
  • Track markets, competitors, trends, and customer behavior to identify signals and areas for further research.
  • Assess company performance against market conditions and investigate changes, opportunities, and risks.
  • Develop initial findings and recommendations for strategic discussions, clearly separating evidence from assumptions, hypotheses, and limitations.
  • Create management reports and executive presentations that convey key findings and their implications for business decisions.
  • Maintain databases, sources, assumptions, and analysis records to ensure traceability and continuity in intelligence work.
  • Partner with internal teams to clarify needs, collect and validate information, and interpret results.

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Accounting, International Relations, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Postgraduate study in Strategy, Market Intelligence, Finance, Analytics, Business Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Relevant coursework in market intelligence, research, data analysis, finance, strategic planning, or Analytics is an advantage.
  • Certifications in Power BI, SQL, data analysis, or related areas may be an advantage.
  • Experience in market intelligence, business intelligence, strategic planning, or a related field, including studies that informed business decisions.
  • Knowledge of market research, competitor analysis, and trend analysis, including how to identify, select, and cross-reference information sources.
  • Ability to frame problems, develop hypotheses, assess evidence, and recognize inconsistencies and analytical limits.
  • Knowledge of performance metrics and economic, financial, and statistical principles used to analyze growth, market share, and profitability.
  • Able to independently propose research, set priorities, and manage deliverables while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Experience producing management reports and executive presentations, with strong synthesis and clear communication of findings.
  • Proficiency in Excel or comparable tools for organizing, comparing, analyzing, and validating data.
  • Ability to work with teams across departments to gather information and understand business context.
  • Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI and SQL, analytical automation, and applying AI to research and information analysis is preferred.
  • Experience in financial services, insurance, consortium businesses, or regulated environments is an advantage.
