Tavsif

  • Translate business and client needs into reporting solutions and supporting systems.
  • Turn objectives and workflow changes into standard and custom reports with executives, clients, and operations teams.
  • Own data and reporting for multiple clients.
  • Manage the enhancement backlog and prioritize issue resolution using Agile tools such as JIRA.
  • Define requirements and recommend practical solutions.
  • Oversee program and report implementation, including data ingestion.
  • Use dashboards and queries to flag issues early.
  • Protect the integrity and accuracy of data used in reports and analytics tools.
  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships across business units.
  • Clarify and interpret clients’ business requirements.
  • Share updates, progress, and results with stakeholders and leaders.

Talablar

  • Bring 3–5 years of experience as a business analyst, data analyst, or data-focused product owner, including exposure to data governance and quality initiatives.
  • Use SQL to investigate issues, analyze root causes, and define reporting logic.
  • Have 1–4 years of stakeholder management experience.
  • Elicit, document, and track requirements through development and final validation.
  • Build and sustain trusted relationships as a data advisor.
  • Learn systems and data structures quickly to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Prioritize competing work according to business and client needs, and explain those decisions.
  • Demonstrate expert-level Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Have experience with file transfers, file structures, and related tools such as Move It.
  • Have experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake.
  • Have experience with analytics tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • Be proficient in Agile methods and tools such as JIRA.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or specialized training or a relevant professional qualification.
  • Preferred: 3–5 years of healthcare experience, including claims data formats, risk adjustment methods, and member eligibility or enrollment.
  • Preferred: prior project management experience.
  • Trace data from its generation and ingestion through systems and reporting to solve complex technical problems.
