Tavsif

  • Design and implement Adobe Workfront solutions that streamline content supply chain operations
  • Apply Generative AI to content creation initiatives that support client business goals
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and IT stakeholders to assess requirements and shape Workfront customizations
  • Develop scalable solutions that align with defined business objectives
  • Optimize content lifecycle management from initial ideation through final publication
  • Address process bottlenecks and support reliable delivery across platforms
  • Use automation and Generative AI to increase speed, scalability, and return on investment
  • Connect Workfront with DAM platforms including AEM Assets and Adobe Creative Suite, plus GenAI tools such as Firefly and GenStudio
  • Develop stakeholder relationships and serve as a trusted advisor
  • Explain technical capabilities in terms of business value for executives, project managers, and creative teams
  • Produce and maintain technical designs, requirements mappings, process flows, visualizations, and Workfront guidance
  • Advise on workflows, change management, user adoption, and system governance
  • Lead both new and ongoing implementation engagements for global brands

Talablar

  • At least three years of Adobe Workfront design and implementation experience, or comparable experience with workflow management and automation systems
  • Thorough understanding of Adobe Workfront architecture, features, and capabilities
  • Experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion, connectors, and APIs is preferred
  • Experience leading technical project teams
  • Experience helping clients navigate content supply chain initiatives and technology-driven transformation
  • Strong written, verbal, and visual communication abilities
  • Ability to present complex technical ideas in clear, business-oriented language
  • Ability to manage multiple projects or tasks while prioritizing workload effectively
  • Results-oriented, adaptable, and collaborative approach
  • Demonstrated ability to pursue innovative solutions and work effectively in ambiguous situations
  • Adobe Certified Professional or Expert certification as an Adobe Workfront Core Developer is highly desirable
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10–20% as needed
  • U.S. work authorization without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship is required
