- Sort incoming email and highlight priorities

- Research suppliers and write concise summaries
- Monitor tasks and follow up through completion
- Provide day-to-day support to a UK manager or small team by keeping communications, schedules, and to-do lists organised
Talablar
- Prior experience in a virtual assistant, personal assistant, or administrative role
- Confidence using Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
- Strong written English skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently
- Availability to work 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST)
