  • Complete paid training and licensing while working remotely.
  • Stay on the assigned shift for at least six months before being considered for a shift change.
  • Remain in the state of residence for at least one year before relocating.
  • Connect customers with products suited to their individual needs.

Talablar

  • At least two years of sales or service-related work experience is required.
  • Two to three years of sales experience is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to help close sales.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with prospects and customers.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Strong typing skills and PC proficiency.
  • Obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license after hire.
  • Reside in one of the specified eligible states.
  • Be available to work four weekdays and one weekend day.
  • Maintain a professional workspace with a dedicated desk.
  • Have wired cable, fiber, or DSL internet with at least 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload speeds.
  • Satellite and mobile internet services are not supported.
