- Respond to inbound calls and warm leads from prospective customers.
- Discuss customers’ insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage, products, and benefits.
- Turn sales leads into policyholders.
- Represent Liberty Mutual in customer interactions.
- Connect customers with products suited to their individual needs.
- Complete paid training and licensing while working remotely.
- Stay on the assigned shift for at least six months before being considered for a shift change.
- Remain in the state of residence for at least one year before relocating.
- Connect customers with products suited to their individual needs.
Requirements
- At least two years of sales or service-related work experience is required.
- Two to three years of sales experience is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to help close sales.
- Ability to communicate effectively with prospects and customers.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Strong typing skills and PC proficiency.
- Obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license after hire.
- Reside in one of the specified eligible states.
- Be available to work four weekdays and one weekend day.
- Maintain a professional workspace with a dedicated desk.
- Have wired cable, fiber, or DSL internet with at least 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload speeds.
- Satellite and mobile internet services are not supported.
