Tavsif

  • Help plan corporate-sponsored, sales-funded, and sales-led conferences and events
  • Align with Marketing on event priorities, sponsorships, audiences, messaging, deadlines, and outreach materials
  • Coordinate the creation, review, approval, and delivery of event emails, call scripts, social content, one-pagers, landing pages, campaign materials, and follow-up templates
  • Support sales events and regional roadshows by defining target accounts, key contacts, outreach objectives, meeting goals, stakeholder roles, materials, and follow-up plans
  • Maintain the calendar of corporate-sponsored and sales or commercial-funded events
  • Coordinate event logistics and requirements with vendors and conference organizers
  • Conduct targeted pre-event outreach to biotech and pharmaceutical clients and prospects
  • Develop and maintain event-specific outreach messages and sequences
  • Research target attendees and accounts using commercial intelligence platforms
  • Support outreach using sales enablement and engagement automation tools
  • Coordinate on-site engagement activities and roadshow logistics
  • Follow up after events and record interactions in Salesforce CRM
  • Coordinate Marketing approvals and version control for messaging and campaign materials
  • Prepare event performance reports and post-event summaries
  • Track scheduled meetings, attendee engagement, follow-up activity, and pipeline opportunities
  • Maintain event contact, account, target-list, and campaign records in Salesforce CRM
  • Create and improve outreach flows for each event stage, including cadence, channels, message themes, asset links, personalization guidance, and handoffs
  • Work with Marketing, Inside Sales, Sales and Commercial leaders, regional managers, and account teams
  • Share event logistics, outreach plans, and performance updates with internal stakeholders
  • Represent Parexel professionally in client-facing interactions at industry events and conferences

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in pharmaceutical meeting planning
  • Relevant experience or knowledge in pharmaceutical meeting planning
  • Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute conferences, sales-led events, and roadshows
  • Ability to develop event-specific messaging and outreach sequences
  • Experience with or ability to use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zymewire, Citeline, and PitchBook
  • Experience with or ability to use Seismic and Highspot
  • Experience with or ability to use Gong Engage and SalesLoft
  • Experience maintaining accurate outreach and interaction records in Salesforce CRM
  • Ability to coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Commercial, and Inside Sales teams
  • Ability to represent Parexel professionally in client-facing interactions
  • Must be based on the U.S. East Coast
