- Help evolve hosted products and services for future needs
- Operate and configure cloud-focused products and services within KAM
- Build and improve SaaS products using well-architected practices for reliability, scalability, observability, and secure delivery
- Own and continuously enhance CI/CD platforms and build pipelines
- Automate code compilation, testing, deployment, and broader software delivery in partnership with security engineering teams
- Implement and maintain automation for infrastructure, virtual machines, and containerized environments across multiple cloud platforms
- Promote DevOps culture, practices, and automation throughout the organization
- Find opportunities for improvement and support broader delivery roadmaps
- Maintain, enhance, and automate operational runbooks and playbooks
- Keep platform operations efficient, reliable, and scalable
Talablar
- Demonstrable professional experience using Microsoft Azure for public cloud computing
- Working knowledge of Amazon Web Services is useful for multi-cloud environments
- Proficiency with configuration management and Infrastructure as Code practices
- Practical knowledge of Terraform or OpenTofu is required
- Experience with Ansible, Pulumi, AWS CloudFormation, or Azure Bicep is advantageous
- Strong understanding of core infrastructure concepts, including virtual machines, serverless computing, networking, storage, and databases
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and automated code building and testing
- Experience with GitLab CI or GitHub Actions is highly desirable
- Strong scripting ability in PowerShell or Bash is highly desirable
- Ability to manage containerized workloads and orchestration technologies such as Azure Container Apps, AWS ECS, and Docker
- Experience with Kubernetes and Helm is desirable
