Relationship Manager – Alpha, HTB Church (Wales Hybrid)

Support Alpha and Alpha Youth across Wales by strengthening church partnerships, delivering training, and helping expand the ministry’s reach. The role combines relationship management, regional engagement, public speaking, and administration.

Tavsif

  • Act as the main contact for Alpha and Alpha Youth activity throughout Wales
  • Develop relationships with churches, clergy, youth leaders, and Christian ministry networks
  • Coach and encourage churches through ongoing engagement, training, and support
  • Increase church acquisition, retention, and reactivation across the region
  • Reach out to new churches and networks to grow Alpha’s regional presence
  • Plan and deliver local Alpha training sessions and workshops
  • Represent Alpha at regional conferences, church events, and speaking engagements
  • Gather and communicate stories about church transformation and guest experiences
  • Keep regional records accurate in Salesforce and other reporting systems
  • Manage regional administration, including surveys, call campaigns, and data maintenance
  • Work with Alpha UK’s Church Facing Team and colleagues in operations, marketing, digital, communications, and professional services

Talablar

  • In-depth knowledge of Alpha, including experience running Alpha courses and familiarity with the HTB Network
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities when working with church leaders, young leaders, and Christian networks
  • Confidence delivering training, presentations, public talks, events, and workshops
  • Proficiency with administration and IT, including CRM platforms, data management, GDPR compliance, and Microsoft Office
  • A self-directed and adaptable approach, with willingness to travel regularly across the region and attend occasional evening and weekend events
