Part-time remote recruiter responsible for sourcing and hiring healthcare support staff for a New Hampshire state veterans home. The role covers high-volume outreach, screening, onboarding coordination, and retention monitoring.
Tavsif
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, community organizations, workforce centers, culinary and CNA programs, and referrals
- Conduct and promptly follow up on a high volume of daily outbound calls and text messages
- Hold phone and video interviews using structured evaluation scorecards
- Assess candidates’ reliability, employment history, and attendance records
- Complete reference checks and examine patterns involving no-shows or early departures
- Advance applicants through the Manatal recruitment pipeline
- Work with the HR compliance team to coordinate background checks and onboarding
- Maintain a ready pool of pre-screened backup candidates
- Provide weekly metrics covering calls, interviews, submissions, starts, and 30-day retention
- Recruit dietary aides, tray service workers, and kitchen support staff for a New Hampshire state veterans home
Talablar
- At least two years of experience recruiting high-volume or hourly workers
- Experience recruiting for healthcare, food service, hospitality, or light industrial roles is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to fill positions quickly, supported by measurable results
- Strong interviewing ability and sound judgment when identifying unreliable candidates
- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
- Experience using an applicant tracking system; Manatal experience is a plus
- Knowledge of the New Hampshire labor market is advantageous
