Tavsif

  • Direct operations across Uline’s Washington branch, including Warehouse, Customer Service, Sales, HR, IT, and Facilities
  • Lead branch departments in maintaining consistently high customer service standards
  • Maintain the 1-million-square-foot distribution center grounds in line with company standards
  • Support the recruitment and retention of high-performing employees and contribute to employee relations
  • Provide hands-on senior leadership and reinforce accountability through performance feedback

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 5 years of experience in operations or general management
  • Experience in warehousing, call centers, and/or sales is preferred
  • Experience supervising personnel
  • Limited overnight travel is required
  • New hires must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
  • This position is classified as safety-sensitive for drug-testing purposes
