Tavsif

  • Represent Mondelēz professionally and positively in retail stores.
  • Act as a company representative to store teams and shoppers.
  • Make daily store visits in line with Mondelēz DSD Merchandising Excellence standards.
  • Photograph displays using DMI.
  • Build and maintain relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and other store staff.
  • Order products on an iPad through Salesforce to keep shelves and displays stocked.
  • Set up promotional displays and follow store plans.
  • Follow the daily schedule and priorities set by the RTM.
  • Support seasonal sales, product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
  • Share store-level insights, issues, and opportunities with the RTM and management team.
  • Move products from stockrooms to sales floors and stock shelves.

Talablar

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Hold a valid driver's license issued by the state where you live.
  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Have a positive, professional attitude; be self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Be able to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance to multiple store locations.
  • Be able to perform demanding work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be able to lift, bend, and carry up to 25 pounds repeatedly.
  • Be able to occasionally push and pull more than 50 pounds.
  • Have open availability, including one weekend day.
  • Be able to start at 6:00 a.m.
  • Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location in Cincinnati, Ohio.
  • Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
