Tavsif

  • Take ownership of backend features and services from requirements and solution design through development, testing, deployment, and production monitoring
  • Engineer code and services for strong performance, scalability, and resilience
  • Maintain and refactor existing code as product and technical requirements change
  • Investigate production incidents, implement fixes, and help prevent recurring issues
  • Work with product and engineering teams to develop robust, lasting solutions
  • Partner with senior engineers and raise broader architectural concerns when needed
  • Provide constructive code reviews and help uphold engineering standards
  • Develop services supporting millions of investors

Talablar

  • Demonstrated hands-on experience delivering backend services in production environments
  • Experience operating live systems, preferably in a microservices architecture
  • Working knowledge of HTTP and AMQP communication protocols
  • Production experience with at least one modern backend framework
  • Strong understanding of relational databases, including indexes, transactions, isolation levels, and schema design
  • Experience or familiarity with designing highly available, scalable, or resilient systems
  • Ability to solve problems clearly and methodically
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals and sound technical judgement
  • Willingness and ability to learn unfamiliar technologies when required
