Tavsif

  • Create 2D AutoCAD plans for corporate and residential spaces
  • Develop interior design concepts with layouts, 3D models, views, and moodboards
  • Produce project presentations, moodboards, board layouts, and visual reference panels
  • Take technical measurements on-site at offices, corporate facilities, apartments, and houses
  • Track deliveries and installations, flagging bottlenecks, recurring problems, and improvement opportunities
  • Follow furnished environments through execution, installation, and completion
  • Assist with client presentations and join the New Business team for meetings and technical site visits
  • Select and curate furniture from the John Richard and Tuim portfolios based on durability, ergonomics, aesthetics, corporate standards, logistics, and rental-model suitability
  • Contribute to corporate and residential projects, Home Staging, and Mobility initiatives from initial measurement to final delivery

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urban Planning or Interior Design
  • Intermediate to advanced AutoCAD proficiency
  • Intermediate to advanced SketchUp proficiency
  • Basic familiarity with SketchUp Layout
  • Experience with visual presentation tools such as Photoshop, PowerPoint, Canva, or comparable platforms
  • Strong communication skills for presenting proposals and working with corporate and residential clients, facilities teams, and managers
  • Availability for on-site work in São Paulo’s South Zone and travel to client locations
  • Knowledge of artificial intelligence and its practical use in productivity, design, and management
  • Interest in office design, property decoration, and styling, including Home Staging
  • Understanding of circular economy and sustainability principles in corporate and residential settings
  • Experience in commercial environments and the furniture industry
  • Fluent conversational English
