Tavsif

  • Maintain accurate fixed-asset records and ensure they remain up to date.
  • Monitor factory investments and projects to support correct capitalization, depreciation, and accounting entries.
  • Oversee the receipt, physical identification, and registration of fixed assets.
  • Process additions, disposals, and transfers of fixed assets.
  • Track investment-project budgets and progress.
  • Prepare monthly reports, manual journal entries, and intercompany invoices.
  • Verify the physical receipt of assets and support accurate execution of the P2P process.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Accounting, Treasury, and suppliers.

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with accounting, inventory management, and fixed-asset investment projects.
  • Knowledge of fixed-asset additions, disposals, and transfers.
  • Experience handling journal entries, budgets, and P2P processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is preferred.
  • Organized, proactive, results-oriented, and able to work collaboratively.
