Tavsif

  • Provide financial leadership, direction, and analysis to the functional management team
  • Serve on the function’s strategic leadership team
  • Manage functional metrics and cost controls while partnering with finance leadership to achieve business goals and create shareholder value
  • Assess business needs and implement process and organizational improvements
  • Plan department objectives and support their execution
  • Contribute to annual budget preparation
  • Review monthly spending and help ensure budget targets are achieved
  • Evaluate monthly performance metrics against established goals
  • Lead financial planning for the function and provide recommendations
  • Plan and coordinate teams performing financial activities efficiently
  • Use metrics to monitor performance and manage workload
  • Ensure operational processes and procedures follow established policies
  • Advance key financial performance metrics for the function
  • Build and support strategic partnerships with business partners
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that address business issues and strengthen competitive advantage
  • Coordinate communication across Finance, Human Resources, Real Estate, Operations, and Information Systems
  • Typically report to a Director-level manager without direct reports
  • Typically require 5% to 20% overnight travel

Talablar

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a job-related field
  • Have at least 5 years of work experience
  • Understand accounting principles and practices, including financial data analysis and reporting
  • Understand business and management principles related to strategic planning and resource allocation
  • Demonstrate project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Apply sound judgment and decision-making by weighing the relative costs and benefits of potential actions
