Tavsif

  • Set priorities and manage project milestones
  • Build practical schedules and monitor delivery progress
  • Coordinate with defectivity and metrology Applications Engineering, Business Unit leadership, and Division teams
  • Create value propositions and concise project summaries for executive reviews
  • Maintain consistent communication with customer stakeholders
  • Present system value for customer use cases and explain competitive differentiation
  • Report project outcomes and issues to the Division
  • Carry out action plans and gather relevant data
  • Support Sales and Marketing with prospective opportunities and competitive intelligence
  • Develop strategies to reach new customers and increase solution adoption
  • Work with customers to improve yield from research and development through high-volume manufacturing
  • Match KLA solutions to customer requirements, help sustain product performance, uncover opportunities, and capture feedback for future innovation

Talablar

  • Knowledge of advanced optics, physics, and materials science
  • Background in IC processing; customer or industry experience is advantageous
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor process technologies
  • Highly effective presentation and communication skills
  • Project management experience with the ability to oversee multiple projects concurrently
  • Creative approach to addressing new customer challenges
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Native-level Japanese proficiency, equivalent to N1 or higher
  • Business-level English proficiency
  • Ability to influence decisions through factual analysis
  • Ability to work effectively in multicultural environments
  • Track record of delivering projects in high-pressure settings
  • Master’s degree with no related experience, or bachelor’s degree with two years of related experience
