Tavsif

  • Set the technology and data strategy and roadmap for reference data management
  • Lead engineering and delivery for GoldenSource and related data solutions
  • Provide hands-on leadership in implementing reference data management solutions
  • Optimize GoldenSource platform solutions
  • Resolve complex technical and functional issues in platform implementations
  • Work with product teams on a roadmap focused on data and client outcomes
  • Improve processes to reduce cost-to-serve and increase operating margins
  • Lead global engineering and delivery teams across technology, data, and business intelligence
  • Build the organization’s capability to deliver technology transformation
  • Guide changes to team operating models and ways of working

Talablar

  • At least 8 years of professional experience; 10 or more years preferred
  • At least 14 years of experience is specified in the required experience and qualifications
  • A university degree is preferred
  • Experience in asset management technology
  • A track record of leading and managing agile and large global teams
  • Significant financial accountability
  • Extensive hands-on GoldenSource experience, including MDX, workflows, custom Java rules, GSOs, UI, and publishing
  • Strong knowledge of the GoldenSource data model
  • Experience mastering instrument and institution data with GoldenSource
  • Experience onboarding and supporting vendor data feeds from end to end
  • Knowledge of financial instruments, including fixed income, equities, and derivatives, and related market data
  • Familiarity with Bloomberg, Refinitiv, and Moody’s vendor data
  • Program, risk, and change management experience
  • Proficiency in Agile
  • Experience with Agile methods, continuous integration and deployment, data analysis, debugging, DevOps, enterprise application integration, operating systems management, programming, software development, software development life cycle, and web application development
  • Global outlook and mindset
