Tavsif

  • Coordinate content updates and syndication for assigned clients, resolving publication issues and distributing updates to contracted retailers.
  • Manage and assess clients’ digital shelf performance.
  • Recommend improvements to product titles, bullets, descriptions, images, keywords, and search terms.
  • Conduct content audits, create scorecards, and deliver reports.
  • Investigate functional, system, and process issues, identify root causes, and resolve them where possible.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with colleagues, internal partners, clients, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Serve as a business operations subject matter expert, helping guide change and educate others.
  • Complete training on new tools, systems, and processes, along with required courses.
  • Take on other duties as assigned.

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Two years of relevant experience.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of ecommerce, omnichannel websites, and/or digital marketing.
  • Problem-solving ability, client collaboration, deadline management, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
