Commercial Director, East Region
Lead regional commercial strategy, distributor execution and sales performance for CELSIUS energy beverage brands. Manage teams and drive profitable growth across the U.S. East Region.
Tavsif
- Set commercial execution strategy and oversee business performance across an assigned region.
- Contribute to the Regional Leadership Team.
- Work with the Regional VP/GM to carry out strategic priorities and grow the business profitably.
- Maintain strong execution across the market.
- Oversee commercial operations, distributor execution, field sales, business development and retail execution.
- Coordinate work across functions.
- Meet revenue, distribution, market share, execution and profitability goals.
- Build high-performing teams.
- Lead and manage employees.
Talablar
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance or a related field.
- At least 10 years of progressive commercial leadership experience in CPG, beverage, food or consumer goods.
- Experience leading multi-unit or regional sales.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Distributor management experience.
- Experience building high-performing teams.
- Strong knowledge of retail execution and field sales operations.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening.
- Ability to work in assigned markets in the U.S. East Region.
