Cloud Engineer – Portugal (Remote) | Expleo Group

Tavsif

  • Support and administer Windows Server environments across VMware and Azure, including builds, patching, configuration, monitoring, and health checks
  • Conduct production reviews, monitoring, and alert analysis to help maintain platform stability and availability
  • Operate hybrid Active Directory and Entra ID environments, covering identity lifecycle, synchronization, access control, and security practices
  • Apply security and least-privilege principles consistently across infrastructure environments
  • Own the investigation and resolution of incidents and service requests through ITSM and Azure DevOps, including root cause analysis
  • Deliver infrastructure and configuration changes in line with established change management and CAB procedures
  • Automate recurring tasks and infrastructure provisioning with PowerShell, Terraform, and Azure DevOps pipelines
  • Keep technical documentation, operating procedures, and runbooks accurate and current
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and communicate technical information effectively to relevant stakeholders

Talablar

  • At least five years of experience administering Windows Server and infrastructure, preferably in enterprise settings
  • Strong practical experience with Windows Server administration
  • Hands-on experience managing VMware and Microsoft Azure infrastructure
  • Experience supporting Active Directory and Entra ID, including hybrid environments
  • Solid understanding of DNS and core infrastructure services
  • Working knowledge of ITSM processes for incidents, service requests, changes, and CAB activities
  • Experience using Azure DevOps
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication abilities
  • Experience with Terraform and Azure DevOps pipelines is desirable
  • Experience supporting Dynamics infrastructure is desirable
  • Exposure to Google Cloud Platform is desirable
  • Certifications such as AZ-104, MS-102, or AZ-400 are desirable
