Clinical Operations Assistant, Behavioral Health and Addiction
Support UW Health’s behavioral health and addiction services by coordinating provider templates, supplies, clinic spaces, scheduling, and meeting records.
Tavsif
- Contribute to an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, behavioral health and substance use therapists, clinical staff, and leaders.
- Maintain provider templates.
- Order supplies.
- Oversee clinic rooms and spaces.
- Help leaders schedule meetings.
- Record meeting minutes.
Talablar
- No minimum education is required.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- An associate degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- At least one year of administrative support experience is required.
- Three years of experience in an administrative support function is preferred.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
- Availability is required Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., day shift.
- Must be able to work at 1102 S. Park St. in Madison, Wisconsin, during training and as required afterward.
