Tavsif

  • Drive KEENFOLKS' growth across the Americas
  • Expand major accounts and acquire new clients
  • Serve as a senior partner and trusted adviser to C-level stakeholders at global clients
  • Assess content, data, and marketing operations challenges and translate them into transformation roadmaps
  • Lead executive business reviews and develop account plans
  • Expand engagements into multi-year programmes, with Content Factory central to the 2027 agenda
  • Manage and coach two Account Directors overseeing day-to-day delivery
  • Partner with Strategy and Technology leads to shape, scope, and price profitable proposals
  • Manage the regional pipeline from initial conversation through signed SOW
  • Lead pitches, RFP responses, and executive presentations
  • Present solutions as compelling, clearly defined business cases
  • Develop relationships, partnerships, and market visibility with new global brands
  • Set and deliver the regional revenue target in partnership with the CEO

Talablar

  • At least 8 years of experience in a consultancy or technology services firm
  • Recent experience managing client relationships at Senior Manager, Client Partner, or an equivalent level
  • Demonstrated success expanding existing accounts and, ideally, originating new business
  • Evidence of revenue generated or won
  • Experience shaping, scoping, and pricing services engagements, including teams, effort, budgets, and SOWs
  • Fluency in marketing and technology, including content operations, data architecture, platforms, and AI
  • Experience leading and coaching client or account teams
  • Full professional fluency in English and Spanish
  • Based in Mexico City
  • Able to work from the Polanco office two days per week
  • Willing to make regular client visits and travel to the United States
  • Experience with content supply chain, MarTech, or GenAI programmes is desirable
  • Experience serving consumer goods or pharmaceutical clients is desirable
  • Experience working across both Latin America and the United States is desirable
