Tavsif

  • Analyze system usage, develop solutions, and prepare specifications for system changes
  • Oversee system enhancements and support quality initiatives
  • Collaborate directly with technology teams and other stakeholders
  • Act as a subject matter expert for the technology
  • Gather, evaluate, analyze, and document business and user requirements
  • Work with stakeholders to establish project goals, scope, and timelines
  • Revise plans and priorities as project scope, priorities, or requirements change
  • Assign work as directed by the manager
  • Use user feedback, survey results, and usage data to validate and strengthen requirements
  • Advance department goals and objectives
  • Report staff feedback, performance, and status to the manager
  • Organize, track, and prioritize assigned projects
  • Deliver projects within required time frames and communicate delays to managers and stakeholders
  • Convert business requirements into detailed functional designs for development, testing, and implementation
  • Examine system usage, overrides, exception and validation processes, recurring errors, and excessive time spent on pages or fields
  • Coordinate with application analysts to promote alignment across systems
  • Participate in, lead, or facilitate quality initiatives
  • Identify and address potential problems and project roadblocks proactively
  • Support user acceptance testing and prepare demonstrations
  • Manage routine day-to-day requests
  • Report testing progress, results, issues, and roadblocks to project stakeholders and management
  • Complete additional activities assigned by the manager

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least five years of industry or relevant experience, typically in a Senior Analyst or Analyst role or an equivalent external position
  • More than five years of experience in mortgage, technology, or the secondary market
  • Training in finance or mortgage banking is preferred
  • Proven success as a QA or Technology Analyst at SitusAMC is strongly preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to deliver objective, actionable, and diplomatic constructive feedback
  • Computer proficiency with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, web-based systems, and visual aids, especially Excel
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft products
  • Professional, collaborative, punctual, and dependable work style
  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Limited travel required
  • Flexible schedule required
