Tavsif

  • Develop visual, graphic, and brand concepts from idea through execution
  • Refine designs to meet client expectations and project objectives
  • Build strategic, on-brand creative activations across channels
  • Collaborate with teams on concepts that support response strategies and client goals
  • Produce content tailored to distinct audience needs
  • Track current design trends, tools, and technologies
  • Present creative work to internal stakeholders
  • Lead branding, design, and art direction for integrated 360-degree campaigns across channels
  • Develop storyboards for video, out-of-home, paid social, and print
  • Create integrated campaigns and creative assets for brand, retail, shopper, CRM, healthcare, patient education, social, commerce, in-store, personalization, and AI-enabled production initiatives
  • Report to the Design Director

Talablar

  • At least three years of hands-on experience in brand design, visual design, and art direction
  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, design, or a related discipline
  • Professional experience in an agency environment
  • Background in brand identity and brand development
  • Portfolio demonstrating successful brand identity work and strong typography
  • Working knowledge of current design trends, tools, and technologies
  • Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience creating design systems and brand guidelines
  • Motion design and AI image-generation experience are desirable
