Tavsif

  • Expand travel product and service revenue through targeted affiliate partnerships and campaigns
  • Source, recruit, and activate new affiliate partners and revenue opportunities
  • Manage a portfolio of up to 80–100 affiliates with account plans and quarterly growth roadmaps
  • Strengthen relationships with priority affiliates through QBRs, MBRs, planning, and feedback sessions
  • Track and improve partner results using Revenue, ROAS, and AOV metrics
  • Spot expansion opportunities and address risks including declining performance, fraud, and inactivity
  • Plan and deliver revenue initiatives such as seasonal campaigns, exclusive offers, volume-based commissions, and cross-selling
  • Maintain affiliate compliance with company policies and brand standards across digital channels
  • Pursue high-quality affiliate partnerships that expand Holafly’s presence in target markets

Talablar

  • Current residence in the UK or Australia is required
  • At least 3 years of affiliate marketing and strategic partnership experience with YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and blog creators
  • Proven success developing and growing strategic partnerships that generate revenue across global markets
  • Experience managing large-scale performance campaigns in the UK and/or Australia
  • Native or professional C1-level English proficiency
  • Experience using the Impact affiliate platform
  • Strong working knowledge of SEO tools, especially Ahrefs
  • Ability to derive actionable insights from Excel and Google Analytics
  • Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, business administration, or a related discipline
  • Solution-oriented, proactive, energetic, and ambitious approach
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent project coordination and time management abilities
  • Technical or digital marketing certifications are advantageous
  • Established network in the technology or travel sector
