Accounts Receivable Associate - Onsite
Support Uline’s customer accounts by managing collections, resolving overdue balances, and maintaining accurate records. Partner with internal teams to improve payment outcomes and limit bad debt.
Tavsif
- Oversee an assigned customer-account portfolio and build relationships through phone and email
- Investigate overdue balances and work with customers to develop payment solutions
- Keep account records current with detailed collection and interaction notes
- Coordinate with Cash Applications, Credit, Customer Service, and Sales to reduce aging and bad debt
Talablar
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Preferred experience includes at least one year in collections, accounts receivable, or customer service
- English-Spanish bilingual ability is a plus
- Practical proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Clear communication and a customer-focused, solution-oriented approach
- Completion of a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening is required for all new hires
- This position is performed entirely on site
