Accounts Receivable and Collections Officer (Hybrid, France)
Oversee receivables, collections, cash-flow monitoring, and financial performance indicators for the Centre-Val de Loire Regional Chamber of Agriculture.
Tavsif
- Manage accounts receivable and overdue payments
- Coordinate with the public accountant
- Maintain the collections dashboard
- Support cash-flow monitoring and forecasting with the Management Controller
- Help improve collections processes
- Collaborate across the seven Chambers of Agriculture in Centre-Val de Loire
- Ensure data accuracy, improve processes, and deliver activity-management indicators
- Work with the Head of Finance and Accounting, accounting teams, operational departments, and the public accountant
Talablar
- Higher education qualification at BTS level in accounting, management, finance, or business administration
- Experience monitoring receivables, handling collections, managing customer accounts, or working in a comparable role
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and office software
- Power BI experience is an advantage
- Knowledge of receivables monitoring and collections methods
- Ability to analyze financial data and create performance indicators
- Methodical, organized, and dependable working style
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across functions
- Self-directed, able to prioritize effectively, and proactive in suggesting solutions
- Valid driver's license
