Opis

Set the technical direction for RSM’s enterprise UI component library, weighing product priorities, technical debt, and future scale.
Define governance, standards, and contribution workflows for shared components, patterns, and design tokens.
Work with Digital Solution Capabilities to connect design goals and assets with coded components, documentation, and releases.
Develop, test, document, and maintain reusable interfaces with React, Storybook, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
Turn approved UX and UI designs into precise, responsive, accessible components ready for production.
Assess code for design accuracy, accessibility, reuse, maintainability, security, and alignment with enterprise standards.
Lead component implementation hands-on, troubleshoot issues, and guide teams toward durable fixes.
Set priorities for the component library and organize delivery across teams.
Improve releases, adoption, migrations, and automation using quality and usage data.
Help UX Engineers and developers grow through technical advice, pairing, code reviews, and shared learning.
Keep teams informed about releases, breaking changes, migration needs, and implementation guidance.
Assess new front-end technologies and design-to-code methods for technical fit and business value.

Zahteve

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Extensive front-end engineering background with advanced JavaScript and CSS skills.
Strong command of TypeScript, TSX, JSX, HTML, and modern browser APIs.
Experience creating reusable component libraries or design systems with React, Storybook, and current front-end frameworks and tools.
Solid grasp of component architecture, APIs, composition, state, theming, design tokens, scalable CSS, package management, semantic versioning, and shared-library development.
Ability to build pixel-accurate, responsive interfaces and troubleshoot UI issues across browsers, devices, screen sizes, and modern front-end frameworks.
Working knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, AODA, semantic HTML, ARIA, keyboard access, screen-reader testing, and automated accessibility tools.
Experience with Figma design-to-code workflows and automated component, accessibility, and visual-regression testing using Playwright, Storybook testing tools, axe, or similar.
Experience with code review, version control, CI/CD, debugging, and modern development toolchains.
Working knowledge of DevExpress, Telerik Kendo UI, Tailwind CSS, Azure DevOps, and responsible use of AI development assistants such as GitHub Copilot.
Able to coach engineers, shape technical delivery without formal authority, and collaborate across design and engineering.
