Opis
- Guide student cohorts throughout their learning journey
- Give learners structure, direction, and encouragement
- Plan and lead engaging lessons, workshops, and live coding sessions
- Help learners overcome technical questions, blockers, and learning challenges
- Use student feedback and learning data to strengthen teaching quality
- Review code and assess student progress
- Offer one-to-one mentoring to support each learner’s development
- Contribute to developing the next generation of tech talent at WBS CODING SCHOOL
- Work with instructional and program teams
Zahteve
- Bring substantial hands-on experience in modern full-stack web development
- Have particular expertise in the MERN stack, TypeScript, and API-driven architectures
- Have practical experience integrating AI into web applications
- Be able to teach, mentor, and explain complex technical ideas clearly to learners from varied backgrounds
- Speak German fluently at C1–C2 level, ideally as a native speaker
- Speak English fluently
- Experience with C#, Java, or comparable programming languages is an advantage
- Understand professional software development workflows
- Demonstrate clean, organized, maintainable coding practices
- Bring empathy, organization, and a learner-centered approach
- Be committed to ongoing growth in technical skills and teaching practice
- Work effectively with instructional and program teams
