Opis

  • Help the agent shape tour routes and strategy for an assigned artist roster.
  • Coordinate promoter availability and spot potential routing opportunities.
  • Prepare routing options and recommendations for the agent to review.
  • Oversee tour holds and keep routing schedules up to date.
  • Coordinate presales, onsales, ticket links, artwork approvals and promotional schedules.
  • Work with artist managers, promoters and the Tour Marketing team.
  • Track show costs, review settlements and follow up on discrepancies.
  • Keep booking records accurate and prepare deal memos and related documents.
  • Develop relationships with promoters, artist managers and other key stakeholders.
  • Share accurate, timely information throughout booking and touring.
  • Advise on artists’ market positioning and suggest support acts and tours.
  • Stay informed about venues, capacities and markets.
  • Coordinate tax-reduction paperwork and handle immigration and visa requirements.
  • Attend shows, events and industry conferences as needed.
  • Represent ROAM professionally in touring discussions and at industry events.

Zahteve

  • Agency experience is beneficial, but experience in the music industry is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of the music ecosystem, artists, bands and live touring.
  • Experience in a booking agency, band touring, tour management or another part of the music industry.
  • Live touring experience is preferred.
  • Confidence communicating with promoters, artists and artist managers at a senior level.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • Knowledge of venues, capacities and domestic markets; international knowledge is an advantage.
  • Understanding of the music industry and artists’ commercial and artistic positioning.
  • Ability to handle competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Awareness of the challenges artists face when touring today.
  • Strong organisation and administration skills.
  • Experience with booking systems, spreadsheets and financial tracking tools.
  • Confidence coordinating presales and onsales directly with promoters or artist managers.
  • Working knowledge of show costings and confidence reviewing settlements and raising queries.
  • Comfort working with artists at different career stages across a roster.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a genuine interest in artist development and market positioning.
