Senior Software Engineer, Developer Experience — Alchemy (Hybrid)
Build and improve Alchemy’s Web3 developer tools, APIs, SDKs, and dashboards. Lead developer experience projects from defining the problem through launch and measuring results.
Opis
- Lead projects from defining the problem through design, launch, measurement, and on-call support.
- Design APIs with clear versioning, error handling, safe defaults, and backward compatibility.
- Build reliable, secure data models and services that scale with traffic and customer needs.
- Develop user-facing features for the dashboard, CLI, and SDKs.
- Instrument launched features and use activation, adoption, conversion data, and developer feedback to guide priorities.
- Write design documents, runbooks, and documentation for developers.
- Review code and technical designs.
- Work with Product, Billing, Security, Growth, and engineering teams.
- Develop agent-native developer tools, enterprise capabilities, public and management APIs, and developer observability features.
Zahteve
- Blockchain experience is helpful but not required.
- Experience with developer platforms, API products, cloud consoles, or enterprise developer tools.
- Experience with SDKs, CLIs, MCP servers, agent tools, or machine-readable documentation.
- Experience with billing, metering, or pricing systems.
- Experience with Temporal or another workflow orchestration system.
- Experience with caching and analytical data systems.
- Experience with observability, incident response, and performance optimization.
- Experience with blockchain products or developer tools.
- Experience with agent payment and identity standards such as x402.
- Open-source contributions, talks, or technical writing.
