Opis

  • Build and operate scalable backend services with Ruby on Rails.
  • Create new features and enhance existing platform capabilities.
  • Turn product requirements into technical plans and effort estimates with Product Managers.
  • Deliver production code that is maintainable, tested, and ready to ship.
  • Contribute to code reviews, testing, and technical choices.
  • Investigate issues and strengthen application speed, reliability, and scale.
  • Coordinate with engineering, product, and infrastructure colleagues across distributed teams.
  • Partner with the CTO, Tech Lead, and broader engineering group on scalable AI-powered products.

Zahteve

  • At least five years of commercial backend or full-stack software engineering experience.
  • Substantial practical Ruby on Rails experience, preferably recent and in production.
  • Experience delivering and scaling production applications used by real customers.
  • Can own features end to end, from requirements through implementation, testing, and deployment.
  • Background in a startup, scale-up, or similarly fast-moving workplace.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving, balancing code quality with delivery pace.
  • Fluent English and experience collaborating with international teams.
  • Comfortable working with uncensored AI companionship products and explicit NSFW content.
  • Experience with Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, Redis, Hotwire (Turbo and Stimulus), and Tailwind CSS.
  • B2B contract setup preferred; arrangement is flexible.
