Opis

  • Review liability claims for a dedicated client with capped caseloads and determine benefits due
  • Adjudicate claims in line with service expectations, industry practices, and client requirements
  • Develop and carry out action plans to process claims and reach timely resolutions
  • Investigate claims and gather information to assess exposure
  • Negotiate settlements within assigned authority
  • Update claimants and clients on claim activity and processing
  • Report claims to the excess carrier and respond to requests for guidance
  • Handle claims across the United States, with particular focus on California, Florida, and New York

Zahteve

  • At least 3 years of claims management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Professional certification relevant to the line of business preferred
  • Knowledge of jurisdictions nationwide, especially California, Florida, and New York
  • Required license
  • Ability to analyze and process liability claims
  • Ability to investigate claims and gather information to assess exposure
  • Ability to negotiate claim settlements within assigned authority
  • Ability to communicate claim activity and processing to claimants and clients
