Opis

  • Support Ortloff technologies for cryogenic gas processing, including NGL/LPG recovery, nitrogen rejection, heavy-hydrocarbon removal, CO2 fractionation, and ssLNG.
  • Lead instrumentation and controls expertise for development of cryogenic gas processing technologies.
  • Guide the design, implementation, and operational support of control strategies for licensed projects.
  • Lead customer design reviews, HAZOP/LOPA activities, and licensor training.
  • Provide startup support from the home office and on site for domestic and international cryogenic gas processing plants.
  • Work with senior engineers and management to deliver successful, optimized projects.
  • Maintain compliance with instrumentation and controls standards and industry best practices.
  • Build effective communication and working relationships with stakeholders.

Zahteve

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline from an accredited institution.
  • Bring at least six years of instrumentation and controls engineering experience.
  • Have at least six years of startup and field operations experience; cryogenic gas processing experience is highly valued.
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in instrument and process control design.
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in process automation and optimization.
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency with distributed control systems (DCS).
  • Apply strong problem-solving, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills, with technical expertise in instrumentation and process control.
  • Communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
  • Use process simulation software and instrumentation design tools proficiently.
  • Manage several projects and initiatives effectively.
  • Be able to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% annually, including multi-week startup assignments.
  • Meet the U.S. person requirement as a citizen, permanent resident, person with protected asylum or refugee status, or be able to obtain export authorization.
  • Bring extensive knowledge of cryogenic gas plant design and operations.
  • Have demonstrated experience with NGL/LPG recovery and nitrogen rejection processes.
  • Have experience with a process licensing business model.
  • Have experience and proficiency in advanced process control.
  • Have experience and proficiency with SIS/SIL.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects and key initiatives.
