- Lead and develop software engineering teams through coaching, career guidance, and performance feedback.
- Write and review production Java code, troubleshoot complex issues, and support technical delivery.
- Work with Product Management, Architecture, Security, and business leaders to turn strategic goals into technology solutions.

- Bring at least seven years of software engineering experience, including leadership of teams delivering enterprise applications and services, or equivalent experience.
- Have experience managing or leading software engineers in Agile development environments, or equivalent experience.
- Remain willing and able to code hands-on while leading and developing an engineering team.
- Demonstrate strong hands-on Java and Spring Boot skills across the design, coding, testing, and troubleshooting of enterprise applications.
- Understand software architecture, microservices, distributed systems, APIs, and cloud-native application development.
- Have experience with relational database technologies.
- Have experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices.
- Have supported production applications with a focus on reliability, monitoring, and operational excellence.
