Opis

  • Plan and optimize email campaigns from drafting through launch and performance review
  • Create and refine automated journeys that convert prospects into customers
  • Keep existing email automations current
  • Manage lead magnets from concept and copywriting or writer briefing through ongoing updates
  • Find ways to grow the email subscriber list
  • Create forms, pop-ups, and landing pages that turn visitors into subscribers
  • Organize and maintain MailerLite accounts
  • Create audience segments and interest groups
  • Adapt messaging, tone, and send frequency for different audiences and industries
  • Brief writers and develop blog content with them
  • Edit and strengthen existing email marketing content
  • Create original email marketing ideas with potential to attract citations and search traffic
  • Track email marketing results and set key performance indicators
  • Review campaign results and make improvements
  • Follow deliverability standards and email industry best practices
  • Keep up with email marketing features, research, trends, and community discussions
  • Work with the Email Lifecycle Manager to align marketing and product or lifecycle emails and avoid overlap

Zahteve

  • At least four years of practical email marketing experience
  • Experience at a SaaS company where email was a core growth channel is preferred
  • A strong writing portfolio with newsletters or campaigns you wrote that performed well
  • Demonstrated success growing an email list organically
  • Experience with audience segmentation and lead magnet creation
  • A keen editorial eye and the ability to substantially improve content
  • Ongoing curiosity about email marketing and interest in testing new approaches
  • Willingness to write directly and brief other writers
  • Experience with MailerLite or another email service provider
  • Availability for four hours of overlap with Central European Time
