Opis

  • Build strategic partnerships with generic injectable and biosimilar manufacturers.
  • Develop commercial arrangements that create value for both Cencora and its manufacturing partners.
  • Negotiate supplier contracts and set sourcing strategies.
  • Connect external manufacturing partners with internal teams across the business.
  • Find opportunities to create value with commercialization and sourcing partners.
  • Run manufacturer business reviews and address commercial issues.
  • Represent Cencora in discussions with senior executives.
  • Negotiate distribution service agreements for Cencora Global Procurement.
  • Revise contract language and bring together feedback from stakeholders.
  • Build partnerships with new and emerging manufacturers.
  • Strengthen strategic sourcing with established manufacturers.
  • Set customer expectations and oversee Cencora-related programs.
  • Oversee trade matters, product and biosimilar launches, supply interruptions, inventory, and supplier disputes.
  • Work with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Replenishment Operations, and Supply Chain Management.
  • Represent Cencora professionally with suppliers and protect the company’s interests.
  • Secure profitable agreements, rebates, and promotional opportunities.
  • Learn and promote sourcing programs that deliver value to Cencora and its customers.
  • Handle other related duties as assigned.

Zahteve

  • Experience in business administration, accounting or finance, sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • A four-year bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least seven years of directly related, progressively responsible experience.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical wholesale and distribution.
  • Familiarity with generic injectables and biosimilars.
  • Established relationships across the supplier base.
  • Understanding of purchasing models and financials.
  • Familiarity with regulatory filing pathways and FDA audits.
  • Knowledge of Cencora’s distribution network and Specialty GPOs.
  • Financial and analytical skills for evaluating deals and negotiating contracts.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
  • Working knowledge of sales, purchasing, supply chain, or inventory management principles and methods.
  • Relationship and contract management skills.
  • Ability to implement processes that support satisfactory audit practices.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
