- Conduct business analysis and align functional areas with divisional strategies.
- Guide complex strategic initiatives across divisions and the enterprise from launch through completion.
- Oversee project teams, resources, and budgets.
- Deliver initiatives within changing, critical timelines.
- Work with managers at all levels, including senior leadership.
- Help set priorities for transformational program activities.

Zahteve
- Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of relevant experience, or 9 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, project management, business operations, or the healthcare industry.
- At least 3 years leading large, complex projects worth multiple millions of dollars.
- Experience communicating with senior leaders across multiple divisions.
- Experience preparing and delivering presentations.
