Opis

  • Track digital channel KPIs and maintain reliable, visible performance data.
  • Prepare studies, analyses, and reports that inform timely business decisions.
  • Manage official reporting, explaining both the metrics and their implications.
  • Advise the business team using data and analysis.
  • Develop action plans and projects with the business team.
  • Lead governance meetings and agendas for strategic projects.
  • Help stakeholders deliver agreed action plans and projects.
  • Analyze funnel behavior and business hypotheses across web and app.
  • Map technical and behavioral user journeys to identify ways to improve conversion.
  • Automate reporting and analysis to reduce manual work.
  • Build AI agents to handle recurring reporting tasks.
  • Translate data into decisions for Product and Engineering teams.

Zahteve

  • Advanced SQL skills, with the independence to extract and process large datasets in BigQuery and Databricks.
  • Experience using data visualization tools, particularly Data Studio.
  • Experience with GPT-4, Gemini, or Claude to automate analysis, summarize data, and speed up scripting.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Practical expertise in digital, web, and product analytics.
  • Understanding of user journeys, retention, conversion, and cohorts.
  • Fluency with Amplitude or a comparable event analytics platform.
  • Ability to analyze complex funnels and check event and tag consistency and taxonomy.
