- Advise clients and partners on strategic projects from planning through execution and monitoring
- Develop and maintain policies, standards, models, and programs for strategic initiatives
- Assess major issues and recommend actions to decision-making bodies
- Represent the unit in meetings with decision-making bodies
- Negotiate agreements with external partners and organizations on behalf of Desjardins
- Set actuarial reserves
- Build statistical models to support decision-making
- Assess problems and business opportunities related to actuarial initiatives
- Lead complex, innovative development projects and strategic initiatives
- Advise, coach, and serve as a subject matter expert and resource for decision-making bodies
Zahteve
- Hold a bachelor's degree in a related field
- Have at least six years of relevant experience
