- Expand OOOVATION’s presence across Adriatic and Balkan markets.
- Develop relationships with event organizers and organizations.
- Build OOOVATION’s brand recognition across the region.
- Work directly with sports events and organizations.
- Create initial partnerships for custom awards.
- Establish OOOVATION as a trusted supplier of medals and trophies.
- Grow the business in Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Montenegro.
- Over time, assume responsibility for developing and leading a local team.
- Complete one month of initial training at the company’s headquarters in France.
Zahteve
- Fluent Croatian is required to develop business relationships in the Croatian market.
- Very good Serbian is important for developing the markets in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Montenegro.
- Good spoken and written English is required for international communication.
- Basic French is needed to support communication during the initial one-month training at the company’s headquarters in France.
- Be ambitious and able to grow OOOVATION’s business in Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Montenegro.
- Be willing to take responsibility for developing and leading a local team over time.
- The role is 35 hours per week.
- The position includes a three-month probation period.
